12 Week Energy Saving Campaign Jan 2020- Top 5 Users Voucher Giveaway

  1. The top 5 most frequent users of “The Student Energy Saving Project” App between the period of 13th January 2020- 1st May 2020 will be rewarded with a £20 Amazon Voucher.
  2. Frequent users are classed as users that have logged the most habitual data into their account during the above period.
  3. The top 5 users will be generated from precise user data taken directly from the app. The top 5 users will be selected using data from The Student Energy Project App on Friday 1st May at 13:00.
  4. The winners will be notified by email on or before Tuesday 5th May 2020 and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 20 days of being notified by The Student Energy Project (TSEP), then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Student Energy Project (TSEP) shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 20 days or they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Student Energy Project (TSEP) shall be entitled to select another winner.
  5. Winners must be over 18 years of age.
  6. Entrants are not allowed to have multiple accounts on the Student Energy Project (TSEP) App.
  7. By entering into this competition, the winner agrees for the Promoter and its associated companies to use the winners name for post-event publicity, advertising, marketing and notification purposes without additional remuneration
  8. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from a digital device to enter).
  9. The prize will be sent to the winner by The Student Energy Project (TSEP) by post or email.
  10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  11. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  12. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 13 above.

The Student Energy Project (TSEP) accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of The Student Energy Project (TSEP) in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

Please note: this competition is only applicable to residents at Global Student Accommodation/ The Student Housing Company, Paragon Student Lets, Ulster University, Birmingham City University & Sussex University properties that have TSEP operating within their building.

Student Accommodation Survey Prize Draw December 2019 (Now closed)

  1. The Prize Draw is open to people aged 18 and over, who provide their email address after completing the survey.
  2. Employees or agencies of The Student Energy Project (TSEP), its group of companies, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the The Student Energy Project (TSEP) Customer Survey and submit your email address.  No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at info@studentenergyproject.com with “The Student Energy Project (TSEP) Customer Survey” in the subject line.
  5. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  6. The Student Energy Project (TSEP) accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by The Student Energy Project (TSEP).
  7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 13:00 on Friday 6th December 2019.  Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on Friday 13th December 2019.
  9. The winner will receive £100 Amazon voucher.

Scape Buildings- React, Reduce, Reforest Competition 3rd- 28th February 2020

  1. The Scape Site with the most habits logged into “The Student Energy Saving Project” App between the period of 3rd February 2020- 28th February 2020 will be rewarded with a tree for each resident in the building planted by ‘One Tree Planted’.
  2. Habits must be logged by downloading & signing up to The Student Energy Project [TSEP] App and answering questions in the habit log.
  3. The winning site will be generated from precise user data taken directly from the app. The winning site will be selected using data from The Student Energy Project App on Friday 6th March at 13:00.
  4. The winners will be notified by call or email on or before Friday 13th March 2020. If a winner does not respond within 20 days of being notified by The Student Energy Project (TSEP), then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Student Energy Project (TSEP) shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 20 days or they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and The Student Energy Project (TSEP) shall be entitled to select another winner.
